famPLUS GmbH is a family service company for the reconciliation of work and family life. Our service is available to the employees of our corporate customers.
famPLUS was started in 2010 as a model project. Starting with childcare, famPLUS is now also active in the areas of Eldercare, household services and psychosocial counseling.
famPLUS GmbH sees itself as a social enterprise as a driver of social innovation. For example, The DIN SPEC 77003: Personal and household-related services were initiated and were certified in 2016 thereafter.
We are based nationwide on the basis of modern Internet technology and work on a scientifically based Casemanagement. The modules for Childcare, Eldercare and psychosocial counseling can be booked individually or together.
Our service includes two phases. On the internal platform on which the employees can register, as well as by telephone, various information about the individual modules is provided (orientation phase). Individual counseling and mediation takes place in Casemanagement (solution phase).
If you are interested, we will gladly provide you and your employees with advice on the spot, as well as with lectures, infostands and information material such as flyers and posters.
Operational family policy
It is scientifically proven that an enterprise family policy is worthwhile and the benefit is not only "felt", but also measurable in business performance indicators. The positive effects of an occupational family awareness are, among other things, a reduced defect and illness rate, the self-reported rate of decline and vacancies can be resumed more quickly. Employee motivation and productivity as well as the quality of the applicants are also increasing.
