With our holistic consulting process, we support employees and companies in to better reconcile family, career and personal life situations. The process is divided into two phases – the orientation phase and the solution phase. This process has been audited according to DIN 77009-1.
In the orientation phase employees receive about the famPlus platform quick and easy access to nationwide offers and valuable information. This includes counselor to the topics parenting, caregiving and mental health , local databases to care and nursing services as well mediation offers in the home environment. In a short, personal consultation (up to 20 minutes), individual needs are determined and initial solutions are shown. The company bears the costs of this phase through an annual provision fee.
In the solution phase we accompany employees through the famPlus case management process – individual, confidential and needs-oriented. Our experts conduct in-depth consultations and carry out targeted research in order to develop tailor-made solutions – for example in the following areas childcare, care organization or psychosocial support. A specific case is processed on the basis of a flat rate case fee.
